For tenants: This agency is arrogant like hell! It treats you like a criminal for asking any clarification questions on the contracts, works only for the interest of home owners and ZERO interest for tenants with a take it or leave it mentality. AVOID IT AT ALL COST! For home owners: If you think this is to your benefit, think twice. I do not think it is a wise approach to take in a declining rental market when supply surpasses demand. It clearly shows the lack of reality in this agency.

Honnêtement, cette Gérance est insultante... et honte à eux... même si tu as un dossier plus que complet, avec des preuves réfutée.. il t'accepteront jamais, je comprend pas leurs problème.
