They rejected to replace headphones from their store because it's \hygienic product\. I wonder what's the difference with any other Gadjet - all of them are in touch with skin and there is no difference with ear's skin at all. In fact hands are much dirtier.
All I want to say is that Digitec has a world class customer relations team.
It is unacceptable to tell a customer that the order will arrive in a period of 10 days and after 10 days of waiting they ask for between 10 and 12 days of waiting! this way I cancel the order with a doubtful company (digitec) and I will cancel my account too! They don't deserve the slightest respect!
