Huge selection, horribly unfriendly service. Can only repeat the bad experiences others mentioned with broken strollers, sales people are directly rude if asked for help. Go to smaller, more personal places where customer service is still perfect.

There's no air conditioning, so it's easily over 30 on a cool summer day in the morning. I had to wait in the parking garage, but husband didn't mind doing all the shopping while I enjoyed the parking garage.

If I could give 1 star I would! Worst customer service ever! I bought from them a stroller, 2 car seats and a lot of clothes and other stuff. I am having problems with the stroller and they delay to fix it since 2 months. Every time I am calling to ask what the status is they say that they are going to call me back but they don't. Stay away from them and go somewhere else
