Quite some nice food. The pork steak wasn't as tasty but honestly, the best tuna steak I've ever had and the dessert was super tasty too. The ambient light was a bit dark but the general tone was very decent and also very nice and relaxing background music. The waiter treated us excellently, very helpful in recommendations and attentive as well.

Food was nice. Waitress managed to spill a whole beer over my friend and that tainted the meal a bit. However on the whole not bad Italian restaurant and not to expensive for Zurich
Friendly service and good food!
I've eaten here several times over the years, and always had good food and good service. I've consistently found Dialog to be very child-friendly, and very accommodating towards family groups. Despite visiting a number of times, I don't have a photo from here, and that's because the decor is very neutral, it doesn't stand out particularly. However in a busy shopping street in the tourist section of town it's a welcome change sometimes to find a neutral option. Good quality stop for any tired shoppers.
Very good bred made out of the oven and good homemade pizzas. Friendly staff, always trying to talk in your native language :-). They just refreshed the interior of the restaurant ! Seems like this summer they will serve ice-cream also :)

Very snobbish server. Would not recommend to anyone. There was specks of dirts in my tap water, which the server emphasized many times that it is chargeable, and was annoyed when I said I will pay for the water. He then said it is normal to have these specks of dirts in tap water, before reluctantly changing to a fresh glass. Super disappointed with the terrible service!! Pasta was good though.
