Left my external hard-drive with personal and professional data on the 3th of March for recovery, didn't get a single answer during one month, after all I call Datenrettung I was told they didn't know where my hard-drive was (WHAT??), they asked to send an e-mail with the checklist and when I did I ask them to confirm they got the e-mail from me, I got nothing. I called them again to ask if they didi or not get the e-mail and they did, and supposedly they found my hard-drive that was lost I have no ideia where (LOST??? WHAT THE HELL?!!) and it was already sent to Austria via express, I should had an answer from them within 1/2 days. 1 week past and no one called, again I have to call datarettung to know what was going on and they told they sent a proposal to DG computers and they should give it to me, I then called DG computers and they say they still don't have nothing. So... I have no idea what's going on, where have been my hard-drive, where it is, if did someone examined it or not. We are talking about personal and professional Data, this is not the best way to handle it, it isn't responsible and I'm very unhappy and angry with the service so far.

Fand die IT Frima nicht die beste, aber hat sicher 4 Sterne von mir verdint. Die Firma ist sicher besser als Delxue IT International AG an der Ohmstrasse 6 in 8050 Zürich.
