Great restaurant inside hotel and top level service. Staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke English as well. There is a small hotel but which takes you to all important Mountain lifts. Thermalbad is also great and comfortable. Although I expected more warm pools in Spa. And it was pretty cold in the quite area in Spa, so I couldn't relax there because I was afraid to catch cold.

We really enjoyed our stay here. First of all restaurant is great, food was delicious, staff - friendly and very polite. Besides, hotel carefully organized all covid measures: there is a limit (max 2 person) in thermalbad rooms, tables in restaurant are separated, everyone wears masks. Finally, room was really warm. Despite hotel is quite old (rooms are not fancy), we've got everything we need. However there is no jacuzzi in spa and quite cold water in swimming pool, so we used only thermalbad. And final request is to change pillows, they are too soft and we had neck pain few nights.
Cozy place, that keeps a spirit of classic winter ski hotel. The rooms, and the rest of the hotel, are fully renovated, everything is perfectly clean and ready to make you feel comfortable. Few minutes climb is required to get the hotel from the promenade. The one and only tiny temporary scratch is the building zone next to the hotel, the workers start at 7am punctually. Breakfast is absolutely great.
Only take a renovated room!! The hotel has not been invested in since 1990 or earlier. The staff is super friendly and forthcoming (apart from one blonde german lady on duty at the pool area), but the rooms are so old. In summer when the sun is up at 6, the room is lit up like a sun bed. There are no shutters or blinds and the “thick” curtains provided let light in as if it were meant to do so. The worst sleep I’ve had in a long while.
Fantastic food, both breakfast and dinner. Comfortable spacious room. Bathroom a bit dated. Good sauna and large indoor pool. I'd definitely go there again
Very clean and comfortable. Mini bar was free of charge so I enjoyed a great view in the balcony having a beer. Guests are free to use the spa, too. Breakfast buffet, which starts at 7:00, were quite good with fresh juice, fruits, bread, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, musli, yogurt, hot tea and more. The only catch was amenities. They did not provide a tooth brush so I had to buy one for 5 CHF. Tooth paste was not in the bath room either. They only had all-in-one shampoo and body wash.
Great Family Hotel very clean, staff is multi lingual and nice. We always look forward to the incredible available food. Excellent choice for a skiing
Beautiful hotel. All inclusive meal plan is the best we've ever had. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Flavor, options, presentation and quantity. Perfect in all regards. Staff was friendly. Wish they had a hot tub and didn't allow smoking on the room balconies. We would absolutely stay here again.
