Terrible terrible service. Showed up at 9am (when they claim to be opened). The gentleman informed to come back at 10am when they really would open to pick up two electroc bikes but he would reserve them for us. Came back 10 sharp only to be told he had already give them away..... If you can avoid this place

Bought a very expensive ski jacket at this place and within two seasons it was ruined. Washed it in cold water and all the colour ran. Took it back and was told that I had to spend 500chf to get it tested at a professional lab and if it was proved the jacket was faulty only then would give me a replacement. What amazing customer service after shopping at this place for 10 years...never again. Was made to feel like a liar and a cheat.

this used to be the top place to go, winter or summer. They have evolved into rude-expensive-border line arrogant-look you down place with no sense of kindness or customer service, whether you spend 10 CHF or 1000 CHF (well probably if you are a clueless rich tourist and you spend 10,000 CHF they may seem to you like nice people...). What a disappointment.

CHF 40 to change two spokes!!!!! I really don’t know what to think about these people, what would you..?? Never again, i’m really angry and disgusted by this. Where is the usual honesty of the swiss people?? Btw they couldn’t even lace it the right way!
