Une fois les fêtes de fin d'année terminées, le sapin est récupéré puis ramené en pépinière pour qu'il y soit replanté. Nous livrons tout le territoire Suisse, le Lichtenstein, Paris et Marseille en France, Rastatt en Allemagne. We ordered for the first time at ecosapin. I was honestly a bit skeptical beforehand, since the overall service is not very cheap and because I saw some bad reviews. But we wanted to try it out for ourselves anyway. And in the end we were happy we did, because we were not disappointed! Neither with our little christmas tree nor with the delivery and pickup service. The tree was delivered on the day it was supposed to (we didn't specify a time since we are flexible). It arrived in a good quality, the tree was very dense and looked healthy. We ordered a small one. It stayed with us for about a month and left as healthy looking as it arrived (as you can see in the pictures attached) since we tried our best to take good care of it. During that time it was barely needling which was a definite plus. The price appears a bit high, yes, but since you mainly pay for the delivery and pickup, for us very conveneient since we live 50km away and don't have a car, it seems justified. And the concept of replanting is very nice and important. So we can definetly recommend the service and will order again.

It’s my second time ordering from them. The first time dating back 2015. I got the most uneven, lopsided tree. It was replaced promptly by a better one, yet not perfect. A couple of days ago they delivered another one that still wasn’t up to standard. I sent them a picture and contacted customer service. They very kindly and shortly sent a delivery guy (that by chance was in my neighborhood) and he offered me a replacement tree that was equally subpar. I refused it so he picked up the first tree and left. I was refunded 90 out of 140. So basically it cost me 50chf to have an ugly tree in my living room for two days. The customer care representative was very kind but I spoke to the person in charge that was much less understanding and unwilling to compromise. I love the concept of the replantable trees but their quality is subpar and the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. It left a bad state in my mouth and I’ve been very disappointed by them. I won’t order from them anymore.

We ordered a christmas tree this year..it was delivered damaged with broken trenches and with a way too small pot for such a tree. It can be seen that they cut of the roots and put it in a small pot. The tree was more or less dead when arrived in a pretty bad shape. Would not buy again from them

Cela fait depuis 2015 que je commande des sapins chez eux chaque année. jamais été déçue. Toujours reçu à temps et repris à temps. Belle qualité - bonne tenue - ne pas oublier bien entendu de l'arroser. Cette année je le reçois le 1er décembre. Je referai un commentaire dès réception et décoration de celui-ci

Très mauvaise expérience!!! Sapin livré dans un mauvais état! Il brunit en l’espace d’une semaine et sent mauvais! De plus il n'est pas droit. Cf photos illustrant la piètre qualité des sapins!! Idéal pour avoir un Noël gâché surtout avec des enfants en bas âge! Très cher pour le service proposé qui est loin d’être à la hauteur et un service client absent! Grosse déception car nous voulions une démarche écologique en n’achetant pas un sapin coupé!
