If you are a lover of excellent eau-de-vies (fruit brandies) this superb family distillery producing brandies with local fruits is your place. The AOP Damassine (Danson plum) is extraordinary, with a distinct plum taste and silky smoothness. I am partial to their great version of Sorbe (Rowan berry) - it's unique flavor provides a perfect digestive.
