Products are good. Size of the assortment is okay. My order was delivered within 3 working days. But what bothered me is that there is no imprint on the website. Do you have something to hide? Also the privacy policy is not right. You write that you don't share personal data with any third parties. But the store is from Shopify (Canada or USA) and they have access to all customer's data. And payments go through a foreign payment provider, too. I find this missing or wrong information very questionable and I think that's illegal as well. Please fix this asap for a safer shopping feeling on your site.

I've only ordered three times online since 2012 but only had good experiences. Now after stocking up their shop after Corona, they had lots of orders, and I still got mine quickly. They sent me one wrong item (same product, but different flavor) and offered me to refund 50% of the product's price, which I agreed on and they quickly refunded me. This was on a Saturday. I'm really happy with the shop and I can only recommend it. They're very professional and have fair prices. I hope they can come back to Zurich soon. CON: There's one thing that really annoys me though, and almost gave it 4 stars because of that. It's a shop in Switzerland, they should at least offer bank transfer as a prepayment method. They only accept credit cards and PayPal. Swiss people don't use that much.
Great store! I order my stuff online and have it shipped. Service is very rapid and packing professional, but most of all I can find many of the products that I miss from back home at VERY reasonable prices. Also, shipping is free when the order is over 150chf which is a nice bonus.

I would order online because the sales lady is the rudest I have ever seen! You ask for an item and she will just wave you to where it is.. Not helpful at all! Also most of the time they are out of stock of alot of items
