Very good service. The food is very good. The fries are made with true potatoes. Good atmosphere. Good place to stop on the highway.

The American diner experience is pretty interesting, but don't come here looking for high quality food. The selection of American sodas is a nice touch.
Pleasant personnel, tasty salads and burgers.
Cindy's dinner is not what it was anymore. The American burger...meat dry like the desert and nearer to carbon as to meat with bittery sauce included. The cheese burger... with evaporated cheese, the small and ultra thin slice of cheese was just gone during the cooking process. Last but not least, the fries way to salty. A real disappointment.
Very good burgers. Recently installed hypercharger makes it a perfect stop for electric vehicles.
Finally...I experieced the all American retro diner experience at Cindy's. I was delighted with their awesome hamburgers and super tasty fries!! Truly divine
In a word, disappointment. As an American who frequents many diners back in the states i was excited to indulge in a bit of familiarity while staying in Switzerland. There are three major aspects to a diner in the US. 1) The food is cheap but good. 2) the coffee and soda is unlimited. 3) you can get all the food any time of day. If you want breakfast at 18:00 you can get it. This diner had none of these things. It was nice they at least had a soda fountain but they did not have any coffee pots for American coffee which is a big miss on the diner experience. Since I couldn't have breakfast like I was hoping I had a burger which was also disappointing as the meat crumbled and fell apart. The prices were high but i suppose it may just be normal Swiss prices. If you stop here please don't think this is what an American diner is really like.
Lovely Route 66 flair. You can grab a booth or eat at the counter. Good burger selection, although I personally don't like their gaucho sauce, it tastes like pure vinegar. I have been here many times and was always happy to return.
