I can only confirm the negative comments below and do not recommend to receive any treatments in the Châtel St Denis practice. The place is outdated, nowadays the impressions are done via 3D scan which is so much better for a child. The tools are not in sealed plastics, it is not reassuring in terms of hygiene measures especially with the COVID. The orthodontist lacked empathy and softness with my child. On top of that, when we went to the other orthodontist, we realised the diagnostic was partially wrong with a device that was unnecessary and the brackets that my child would ultimately need were never part of the treatment. I also agree with the other comment about paying upfront, I have never seen that before either and it tells a lot. The prices are not cheaper than in the other place we go to which is modern with the latest technologies. As also written below, the assistant is indeed very nice and helpful. I wrote an email to the Management to highlight all the things that went wrong and they were far too many. I never received an answer.

Bonne expérience. Accueil très bon l'orthodontiste a une bonne méthode d'explication a pris tout le temps qu'il faut pour expliquer. Pas de problème pour prendre les rendez-vous car il vient toutes les semaines. Traitement marche bien, ça fait oublier longue attente pour le devis

Je ne conseille pas ce cabinet, très mauvaise expérience, l'argent est au centre. Il faut payer cash le premier rdv...jamais vu un truc pareil auparavant. Par contre sympathique assistante, polie et avec des nerfs en béton armé.. une année de soins avant que cela parte en cacahouètes...ABE

On doit leur courir après pour recevoir un devis, et le(la) orthodontiste manque de douceur avec les enfants. Devis très cher. Et on voit que le matériel utilisé n'est pas dernier cri.. Par contre, la secrétaire est très gentille.

Personnel sympa, accueil chaleureux, installation moderne, praticien professionnel avec un traitement plus court que prévu qui a fait le bonheur de mes deux enfants. Un grand merci à Orthodent.

J'étais en traitement au centre de Bulle, c'était un vrai cauchemar, je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit, le dentiste n'avait aucune douceur tout au contraire, je ressortais après chaque rdv avec des douleurs d'estomac, c'est pour cela que j'ai changer d'orthodontiste, certes c'est moins cher qu'ailleurs mais dans quelle conditions?? de plus aucune explication est donné au patient et il y a des erreurs dans le traitement, plus jamais pour moi je n'irai la bas

Service extrêmement cher pour re-coller un fil derrière les dents. J'ai l'expérience de plusieurs cabinets sur Lausanne et jamais je n'ai payé 150 frs pour cela. C'est honteux. Je n'y retournerai pas c'est sûr. De plus les locaux de Châtel-St-Denis sont vraiment bas de gamme...j'ai connu vraiment beaucoup mieux!
