I simply wanted to order another 2 piercing balls in the same custom yellow that I chose and there was nothing on the order that helped so I messaged them I'm on my 4th email to them now, when they replied to the first two emails they were very unhelpful, the latter two they have not even replied, that is no way to treat customers or run a business, if it wasn't in Switzerland I would call them up, if I could give them no stars at all I would, Avoid this company....

Not received my order but paid for it on 12june. Have contacted them for refund and have just received standard replies. Not good
great products, amazing quality especially for the low price and the costumer service is really helpful and nice :)
Liefert ihr die paar Tunnel von Chur nach Winterthur zu Fuss aus? :) Ich warte seit über einer Woche auf meine Bestellung! Noch nie dort bestellt. Weiss noch nicht wie die Qualität ist.

Qualität leider nicht sehr gut.
tout le monde se pleins en se moment de pas recevoir leurs commandes, moi également j’ai beau attendre je n’ai rien, je penses qu’ils profitent de la situation !! je leur envoie des mails mais ils font que de me dire d’attendre.. la blague je serai jamais remboursé et je n’aurais pas mes piercing !!
