Worse service ever from a Chopard boutique. The Chinese sales lady, who was the one around, was simply unhelpful when we approached her for help to resize my Chopard ring. She literally dropped her smile and lost interest when she assumed I wasn't going to buy anything. She said something along the lines of it's going to take time to send the ring in, especially if I need 3 sizes down. And then went on to say if I'm traveling and in a hurry I can get it done at a different boutique, even in China. I kid you not, she said those exact words. Like did anyone say anything about china here? Just wow.

Of the very very few boutiques that have an amazing, friendly and happy team! I also love the fact that they employ more women than men. They actually do sth for this inequality gap! Well done!
