Had a great experience at the Jumbo today. I was helped by a young man at the paint section, I unfortunately did not look at his name but he was super helpful and informed me on everything I needed to paint a room. In between he also helped other customers without complaining or telling them to get someone else. Great customer service thank you

Half the items they claim they have in shop on their website are nowhere to be find in the shop itself. Staff barely knows anything about using the items they sell. Save yourself some time andf money go directly to migros brico or hornbach , more choice , better price and organisation
