The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the place where we spent a long weekend in February. The resort and all the services it offered made us forget all about the Covid-19 lockdown in Switzerland. The hotel is located very close to the ski lift so there’s no need to drive to get there. We got a skipass at the hotel which included access to a ski room and a heated locker for our skiing gear. The hotel has 3 different restaurants and every day we could choose where we would like to have dinner. The breakfast was served in the main restaurant and it was quite elaborate with a good selection and tasty coffee. All restaurants served good food and the staff was always friendly. Next to the main restaurant there’s a bar with comfortable couches and armchairs, offering live music almost every evening. The hotel has a swimming pool and a spa with 5 saunas in total and a beautiful relaxation area with a tea corner. When on one of the days the weather wasn’t good to go skiing, we spent the afternoon in the spa which was a very relaxing experience. All in all, Cresta Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in Switzerland and is a perfect spot for a holiday, especially in winter.

Phenomenal hotel, really nothing comes to mind that could conceivably be improved! The spa is massive, with five saunas and a spacious relaxation area, and all sorts of spaces I didn't even have the opportunity to explore yet. The pool is moderately sized and nicely heated. Breakfast is great, with plenty of fresh choices at the buffet, good coffee, juices or even prosecco. The rooms are more than decent, with comfortable mattresses and bedding. There is even a walk-in closet. Temperature of the room and the shower was great. All the restaurants are fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed them with ample vegetarian options. The "dine around" option was perfect for us during Covid-19 as we could make a reservation and be comfortable with a table every night. Ski access is decent—there's still a short, 5-minute walk—but the side entrance to the hotel makes it extremely comfortable to change in a dedicated changing room with heated lockers. We went to Cresta Palace to relax and that's exactly what we could do. The staff were extremely accommodating and made our stay simply magical.
This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The hotel is just near the slope, spa is amazing, staff is super friendly, restaurants are very good and in winter the hotel looks like fairy tale .. Highly recommend!
Fantastic hotel. We spent 2 night here for XC skiing. The hotel has a grand presence in Celerina, but we were immediately welcomed by friendly and efficient staff. We were in a standard room, perhaps a bit small and potentially could do with refurbishing at some point but these were only minor complaints. Facilities and food are top - modern ski room with individual ski lockers. Pool area and separate spa area (2 steam rooms, 2 saunas). The food was also good, both the half board menu and the a la carte Italian restaurant. We liked the option to “upgrade” your main course on the half board menu for a small charge. The hotel was also very accommodating on the day of our departure, we could stay to use the spa as well as enjoy a leisurely lunch in the wonderful bar area.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The service was outstanding. The wellness center is big and relaxing.
