Lease ended on January, even though prime was paid for whole year and their services were not required anymore, they wont reimburse the equivalent of 11 months of rent guarantee. If you have to choose, go for Swisscaution that has a better customer service and dont try to steal your money.

Komische Firma, reagiert auf eingeschriebene Briefe nicht und holt sie auch nicht ab. Beim Telefon ist man endlos in der Warteschlaufe, auf Email reagieren sie nicht. Werde sie keinem Vermieter empfehlen

Je suis directement passé à l’agence pour faire ma garantie de loyer de locataire, ça c’est très bien passé. Smartcaution c'est une très bonne solution, ça vous évite de sortir les 3 mois de loyer de votre caution….... Résultats : j’ai économisé 3 mois de loyers (CHF6000) et ma cotisation annuelle est la moins chère du marché :-) L’équipe est sympa et efficace, merci.
