I was in the store before closing time but because I didn’t get a ticket when I entered the store. After I looked at the rates and decided I was going to use them they had switched off the ticket machine. Normally if you are in the store before closing you get served. Not here. Spoken to aggressively in French which I chose to ignore. Then spoken to in English more rudely that they were closed. Not a place I will choose. I will withdraw from an ATM in CHF and wear that cost!!! UPDATE 2nd OCTOBER 2020 TWO YEARS AFTER BEING IN THE STORE, MANAGEMENT WANT TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE. ATMs DON’T ADVERTISE THEIR RATES BUT THEY ARE NOT RUDE.
