Very good cold chocolate (Chocolate Froid) drink with a couple of pastries. The Elvira was different as it had dark chocolate on top.
Very good place in the core of Carouge. I find the place always too crowded and too noisy to have a relaxing moment. The quality of the drinks and of the pastries is very good. The service isn't spectacular at all...
Hello , this is yuvraj here today I went to this shop . I brought a cake & forgot 50 franc on counter then came back to home after few hours, I didn’t find money thn went to the shop I asked about my money that I forgot there she said yes sir it’s here . It wasn’t a big matter, but I saw honestly that these days only left in few people . I forgot to ask her name , the staff of this shop is very nice and honest Thank you so much
The first stop I had in Carouge was here since the goodies at the windows drew me in. It was a really busy tea shop so I ended up just getting some macarons to go. There were plenty of pastries, cakes, and chocolates on offer. I went to the shop side rather than the cafe side to peruse what was on offer. It wasn't too hard to order something with minimal French and English.
Service very rude. I greet her bonjour 2 times with no response, keep being busy with what she's doing. After she asked directly without greeting, do you choose anything yet? Then reply the bonjour in a very HIGH TONES. She was making my appetite gone. What a rude service.
Terrible Service. Almost nobody in the cafe, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to recognize that we‘re waiting to order. Servant got 3 out of 3 orders wrong. And got annoyed rolling her eyes after telling her. Afterwards she just brought the bill to the table without any comment, some of us still clearly not finished. It‘s fine if you have a bad day, but don‘t show it to the customer, and try your best to fix your own mistakes. We had planned to pick up lunch here afterwards as well, but since the service was so bad, that is definitely not going to happen.
Nice place to have a break with a very good slice of cake and a cup of coffee
