I read many good ratings for this shop, but had a really bad experience. After waiting for 10 minutes for some customers to leave I was sent to the basement and then consequently ignored for another 10 or 15 minutes. Never again.

Beautiful double arcade on the entrance of Carouge just a few steps from the tram stop. Experienced and attentive sellers. 5-star service! The wide selection and quality of travel and sports accessories are worth a visit!

Finally a shop where you can get good advices from people that know the gears and used them. Prices are correct and you will find all the good products for ski-alpinism and freeride. Everyone is super friendly and they clearly love mountain sports. It’s just a pity I did not know this place before!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. It rented snowshoes at their shop. They helped fit them to my hiking boots and gave me some guidance on the equipment.
