Frank is great! He's quick to respond, knows his job and reasonably priced. Took all Covid precautions masks and distancing made it safe to get the job done. I like to keep business local and F and A will be who I call for any of my plumbing issues from now on!

We had a problem with a clogged toilet, and Diego quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it (it wasn't an easy one, but with patience and hard work he was able to get it resolved). We also asked him to check a problem with our garbage disposal unit, and he located a disconnected wire and promptly made the repair.
I used to be happy with Carletti, used to work years with them. Recently had a bad experience, we disagreed with one of the invoices regarding time spent: my request was to drop the time spent on the project from two to one hour (repair guy spent less than 10 min on site). Unfortunately, it seemed like they preferred to lose a loyal client instead of revising the invoice. Shame because they were great until then.
