Recently my husband and me moved from Geneva to Zurich. We spent quite a while for choosing a good mover or “man with a van service” for a reasonable price. At the end we decided to go for CARBONIE. I liked the company because they have a good customer service, they came to visit my apartment for making a quote and they were always available on the phone. The cool thing is that they provided us with free carton boxes. Honestly, I was really stressed for the move. Even though that I knew that everything was settled in Zurich, I felt very nervous. The manager of the company was very nice with me and replied all my questions. He told that it was normal. Many clients react the same. In arranged day I received a nice big van. The movers were working fast and accurate. Everything was made on time. I did not have to think about the order of things to be done because we discussed it in advance. All these things allowed me to calm down. For the move we spent 2000CHF and I feel very glad that I picked this company up. I am strongly recommending this company.

Avoid this company!! The worst moving experience ever!!We had an appointment at 11 o‘clock at Saturday morning. However they never showed up on Saturday and did not even answer the phone or inform me about the situation. On Sunday evening at 17 o‘clock a driver texted me that he is on his way to come to my place!! It means 30 h of delay without any news!!!!They did not even answer my emails or phones afterwards.

Absolument à éviter - Avoid absolutely Not a serious and professionnal company. 3 fragile furnitures damaged, oil traces on the floor in front of the house, no invoice receipt, no call back or just no answer. Very close to a scam. Happy to share more with anyone. NV.

Absolutely awful experience, a complete scam. How can something like this even call itself a moving company? Two damaged furniture, one bed broken into half. Ultra lousy reassembly of furniture, all wardrobes needed to be completed or were wrongly assembled. A six years old would certainly have done better. Everyone is denying whatsoever about the damaged furniture. Worse, no one is even reacting on calls and emails. There was no official paper, just ugly oil spots left on the car park. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Du jamais vu, absolument à eviter, pas professionel et tres mal honnets. Un Veritable harnac. Stay away.

Selon moi les prestations annoncées ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Les dommages ne sont pas assumés comme on pourrait l'imaginer. Lisez-bien les conditions générales et vous comprendrez tout le floue concernant ces derniers. Les déménageurs sont sympathiques mais sans vrai moyen professionnel. Nous avons des dégâts sur certain meubles et sur les murs de la cage d'escalier. La communication avec le/les responsable (nous n'avons jamais eu le nom, même en le demandant) concernant les réclamations demande à mon avis plus d'énergie que pour un service des réclamations digne. nous avons soldé le litige à l'amiable afin de ne pas rentrer dans des procédures qui m'auraient coûté beaucoup trop de temps. Par contre je profite de cette tribune digitale pour exprimer mon expérience.
