Very unsatisfied with my purchase that i bought here, (a 300.- coffee maschine) it came broken, never got to even use it once. When i asked for a refund or exchange they did not complt. Have been trying to contct, fill out forms, i even sent it back and they didnt open it just send it BACK still broken, i have emailed countless emails to the customer service and they refuse to help, fix it, exchange it, or refund it.

Ordered a nespresso machine and they stole the original capsules that comes with it. EDIT: Excuse me, I cannot find anything about you stealing the original capsules before sending the machine in the conditions. They didn't include 5 boxes of "ethiopia" capsules and promises to refund them. Im still waiting for the refund... \u003c\u003cBonjour, We will credite your account for the ethiopian capsules.\u003e\u003e Anybody thinking on buying something from them check how they behave before and after sales.
