Good burgers, sides are ok but I would focus on the burger. The server was very friendly and helpful. Food was ready very quickly.

Amazing proper burger with thick juicy patty with a perfect combination of lettuce, melted cheese and tomatoes, sandwiched with hefty buns baked crisp on the outside while soft and fluffy inside. Who would have known one of the best burgers I've ever had would be found in Switzerland?

Salty fries and stale buns. Very courteous staff and nice spot but needs to work on the food. Let me try one more time after the lockdown.

Well. The burgers were really good. Although we had to wait over 30mins to get our food. It seemed our waiter just forgot to send our order to the kitchen. We've been offered some shakes, which we thankfully declined. Again the food was really good.

Went at midweek lunchtime to half empty restaurant, still took 1 hour for food to come? Burger was burned, got charged extra for fewer fries. Not a very good overall experience.

The place looks nice and clean, and the service was fast and polite (even in English). Food came very quickly as it wasn't a busy time. The fries were great, the buns in the monster burgers were great, but unfortunately the meat was a total disappointment. The beef patties tasted like pork, which was really weird. They should really mention it if they use some kind of mixed meat. The burgers were greasy and too well done. Also, it would be great if instead of a tower of small overcooked patties you would get just one large medium cooked patty. We didn't have any more room to taste the milkshakes, but the burgers unfortunately were so bad that we won't likely be returning.
