This place was an exception with respect to the subpar service industry in Europe. The staff was pleasant and got the orders right.

0 star, because firstly my friend's was fold crown, the ice cream was too expensive like 1,50 for a ice cream to 1 CHF in Bel-Air, the ice cream form wasn't really long and not good.

I went twice and I had the worst ever burger the first time and hottest ever burger the second. The first time the core of the patty was even freezing cold. I really love burger king in general but this was my worst experience.

I initially had a good review on this place. But I felt obliged to mention that their new coupons are basically a scam. Whereas I could literally get 2 whoppers for 10 CHF a few weeks ago, now with their new coupons you can get a whopper, a small chicken sandwich and a drink for 17 CHF. Do you really think customers will not notice this? I also agree with the person saying the meat can be cold.

I don't know why ,but this branch is built in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable. Maybe it's the sitting arrangements. We will not use this location.
