Only drive through is open due to covid. Our order was wrong and the sauces were not included, they charged for extra cheese that we did not request. I always check before we drive out of the lot so i was able to go back and get sauce/money but it shouldn't be necessary.

Awful service,they asked if I wanted ketchup and didn't get it,then I see employers eating behind the counter at sight of customers and they even made a mini meeting... I understand if there's no work to speak with your Co workers,but it's not nice to here all the conversation
Since my last review 6 months ago, my girls & I have been back many times. Only 1 thing. Please try to have a bit or alot of patience with the Trainees, some are nervous others are still a bit wet behind the ears however they do the best they can & they will get much better if they can stick it out, more so with a little help in the form of patience, understanding from us the customer.
I don’t know where to start, ordered from eat.ch, food came 30 mins late, cold fries plus they looked like they were tossed around, bad tasting burger and extremely overpriced to be so bad!! Never ever buying from this establishment again....
