Popular place for a lunch with a magnificent view of the Matterhorn. Standard fare of fries, sausages, and beverages.

Oh my, I thought snowboarding in Zermatt was spectacular until I stopped at the Buffet Riffelberg and my taste buds were taken for a ride. The variety rivals the amount of ski runs. The salad bar is popping, the schnitzel is sizzling, and I highly recommend the goulash to anyone who needs to warm up after a cold ride. Don't let the Swiss prices scare you, quality costs money baby and you only live once.

Good spot for a beer and a quick bite while up on the mountain before heading back out onto the slopes

Good place to recharge after skiing.

THE VIEW up here is amazing (depending on weather conditions ) and a short walk behind the buildings up to the top rewards you with a fantastic view (I've hiked both peaks ...)

Good sunny meeting place. The food is only average. Sausage and Rosti over cooked.. The half chicken was good. Unfriendly staff. In previous years when I asked for a glass of tap water they were happy to provide. This year not so, they refused and said you have to buy bottled water. There are a lot better places to eat on the mountain that are happy to provide free tap water.

Reasonably priced buffet, about an hour and a half away from Klein Matterhorn (if you want to ski back to Italy after the stop). We both got Rosti & they were awesome!
