Terrible customer service, just terrible. Both at check in and check out. The receptionist at the arrival date treated us like she was doing us a huge favour. First and last time, should’ve stick to SIXT as always which is by far better in every single way. My mistake!

Professional stuff and great new car with only 1400 odometer
some feedback on the service when I went to pick up the car on my recent reservation There was mistake on my side, as the rental was on an earlier date, with COVID-19 there have been multiple reschedule, as vacation plans got cancelled I went the 29th of June to pick-up the car. I asked for my rental prepaid to be moved, so I could use the same funds. The male employee who was there told me this was not possible and suggested me calling after sales service. This was disappointing. He was not very courteous. I did call and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then the line dropped. This was even more disappointing. Then luckily he was busy with another client and the female employee services me. She was able to move the reservation and provided me with a car. Thank god, my vacation was saved, same as my relationship with Budget. She should be rewarded for such good customer service.
Went to enquire about renting a car. The receptionist was rude and not interested in answering our questions.
Hey budget, Unfortunately it seems that countless phone calls and emails are not enough for making you fix your mistakes, so I feel as if I don't have any alternative but going public. So this is a warning for everyone who consider renting a car with Budget- Over a month ago I rented a car in Geneva with Budget, everything went well untill we got the receipt charging me for the rental a wrong price (468 instead of 216). We called Budget office in Geneva, who confirmed that there was a mistake and I will be refunded within one week. After more then a week I didn't got refunded so I Called again, and then again they admitted the mistake and promised to refund me.. and then again the same story repeats itself. Now, over more then a month and after I first contacted Budget I still didn't got my money back. So thank you budget for having such a bad costumer service and for stealing 275
Smooth car rental experience. Basic level car I got was a Mazda 2. It had nav, seat heaters, and rear park assist. It was much nicer than I expected.
We have an URGENT PROBLEM, locked out of the car. Budget have not answered for 4 hours. We have tried call from Italy since 9h00. Geneva airport and AA Europe suggest to call Budget. A catch 22 dangerous service.
