Twice they delivered packages with \Careful - Glas\ tape all over them. Twice the dishes were broken. Before that I had another great experience, where the delivery person didn't leave a written notice, so I had no code to arrange another delivery date nor pickup.

ZERO stars unfortunately is not available on GOOGLE. We couldn't even change the delivery address, just 2 mails received, the last one was that the packet was delivered. The only issue is that WE HAVE MOVED FROM WHERE they deposited the packet. Now, hopefully if the packet is still there I need to go and pick it up from there. What a great experience.

Received an email saying my package had been delivered to my door at 11:00. No sign of the package. After writing them on facebook and instagram they replied the driver had left it where he was supposed to. Lie. The driver arrived at 16:00 and when i confronted him he told me he had left my package somewhere else, at another street nearby cause the house numbers were the same. Shocking. He then proceded to grab my arm and told me to rush and write back to the facebook people that i had the package and all was well. All that while smoking (!?). Of course no mask. Such a pity that Manor ships with these incompetents.

Very very bad service!!! I logged in a complaint today. I'm 8 months pregnant and the driver dumped 2k worth of heavy baby carrier stuff in front of the building and left running! Didn't ask for a signature and didn't deliver to my door. My parcels could have just been stolen on the road and I had no way of carrying it to my house! Is that a delivery service or a joke? Because I could have just collected my stuff from Baby Joe and not paid for delivery!!!!!!!! DO YOUR JOB OR CLOSE YOUR COMPANY, IT'S SIMPLE!

Terrible attitude from the courier! He kept ringing the bell NON-STOP even though I opened the door and was on my way down to the doorstep to get my package. He even rang the bells of the neighbours and disturbed my neighbours, and my neighbours came out and told him not to disturb the whole building!!!

Horrible, dishonest service. I am waiting for 2 boxes from a single order. Box 1 was NOT delivered Friday. Online, it says my address is not correct (IT IS). Box 2 (same address on the label) was not delivered today. Online, it says I was not here. (I AM, 10m from the front door). On the box, there is a note with a code and the request to leave it by the postbox. On the door, there is a note with my phone # and the door code). On the postbox, there's a note that says I am here, plus phone #. I have no way to contact DPD; they have left no paper notices, and the online information is lies about delivery attempts that never were made. This is terrible \service\.

Package sent from IKEA was delivered to a completely different address 1km away from me, without signature or checking if my name is written anywhere there. Just left it in front of the outside door of that building, of course the package is not there anymore. Customer service is not able to help me at all, and I am just wasting hours in the waiting line of Ikea and DPD (surcharge numbers) to try to find a solution by myself. 0 Stars
