Serious boutique if maybe a little dated. Service is excellent if watch choice is perhaps limited versus Geneva. The watch maintenance crew is super nice and super competent.

I asked for a Rolex Explorer.. she told me they only have the watches which are in the showing window.. so Bucherer Lausanne only have 6-8 Roley watches in Store? nice to know :-)
Dear Bucherer staff, Unfortunately you managed to disappoint me totally for the second time in a couple of years! I’m very very surprised from your poor level of service along with the snob, aloof attitude...I sincerely felt that you were doing me a favor of selling products to me. No feeling at all of visiting a luxury boutique. Just to let you know, I’m an avid watch enthusiast and I’ve been in contact with many boutiques around the world, who managed to provide top notch service without even being the no.1 dealer (sales wise) in Europe. Despite the fact of not doing anything to keep your customers happy, you are not even trying to be polite or simply helpful. I don’t really find any rational or emotional reason to buy products anymore from your store. Keep in mind, that by being the biggest dealer of certain brands, does not mean that you are considered one of the best. In simple words, experiential marketing along with extraordinary service guarantee an excellent reputation and place in the pantheon of luxury industry. Good luck in the future! Greg

Absolutely terrible and irresponsible place. We called ahead of time for an estimate on fixing the alignment on a watch that I received as a gift. The person over the phone stated that we needed to come into the store for an assessment. We drove nearly 2 hours to the store, and then were told that the guy who does the assessment was not in until 3 days later. Initially we were planning on returning then but decided to leave the watch there. Then the ladies there said they are not able to work on the watch because they only work on brands that are in the store. Completely wretched form or lack of communication through multiple situations. I would avoid these incompetent snobs at this shop that inconvenienced us tremendously. Terrible customer service across the board.
