I can recommend this place if you want to have a cup of coffee and enjoy it without anyone bothering you. They sat us down today around 14:15 and brought these nice cappucinos. Then no one came, and after 45 minutes, we just left. Well, there were about 5 staff in our floor all the time, mostly just talking with each other. We went to Beyer nearby and bought a Rolex Submariner for me and a Datejust for my wife. Super service at Beyer.

1 year ago: Staff was quite unfriendly and annoyed because I asked about delivery time or waiting lists. Wanted to buy 3 watches and left the store after approx. 3 minutes. In Dubai unimaginable!

I had great experiences buying a pre-owned watch and jewelries. The staff is welcoming, from the people at the door to the sales consultants. I recommend their online market for pre-owned watches. They have a large selection of Rolex, Omega and others. Prices are fair. After ordering online, I went to pick up my watch a few days after at the store in Zürich. The staff was very welcoming. The watch was in perfect condition, looking even better than on the pictures from their website, and had the original papers included although it was not mentionned. I went back recently to look at their jewelries for my wife. Again the staff was very welcoming, showed us a large selection of jewelries and provided useful advice.

Every time I come into this store I wished I hadn’t. The staff at this store, from the doorman to the sale associate, are the most unfriendly, unwelcoming people in Switzerland. And if you know anything about the Swiss you know what a statement that is! Their selection is great. I really do admire their watch offerings. But it’s just not worth it for their condescending staff who seem to go out of their way to be cold and unhelpful. And on top of that on my last visit, the saleswoman could not answer some of my very basic questions about Panerai watches. A visit to the Panerai website would have been far more informative and done without that ice cold attitude. I do notice that they seem very chatty / friendly with people speaking Swiss German. Maybe they just simply don’t like foreigners which seems crazy given how much “watch tourism” there is in this city. If you are an expat in Zurich (like me) or a tourist looking to buy a luxury watch, go somewhere, anywhere, else.

I really have to say that this is the most disappointing watch retailer that I have ever dealt with, especially in Switzerland/Zürich and I am a resident. Staff is rude and unattentive. I also noticed that they treat customers preferentially in accordance to how they are dressed - very shallow, unrealistic and old fashioned. I always had quite a good experience with other Zürich retailers, but unfortunately this one wont be on my list anymore. They seem quite keen and quick to sell, but if you need anything else than that ,it will not be a pleasant experience - which you would expect from a high end retailer.

A phenomenal watch shop and a Swiss institution. I've purchased a watch here and needed to have a warrantied repair made as well. Simply a solid experience. No hassle, no problems. It might seem a bit stuffy at first, but the staff is in fact quite friendly and helpful. Now if it comes through on one of the wait lists I am on, I'll give it a sixth star!

The place to be if you are looking for luxury watches. The staffs are more than happy to let you browse their selections even if you don't make any purchases. I love the selection they have; especially the bucherer editions.

I showed My Rolex Cellini to their Expert and he told me that Rolex never made This Model without even to check out and the other shops they took time and Confirmed that my Rolex is original. The Staff was Good and the Watch Expert Was really Bad.
