For sure waste of time!! I called them in advance, and asked for available models for my size. (42-44)They indicated that they have MANY options available in their shop. I asked it twice to be sure. And they convinced me that they have many options available for me. At the end they suggested just 2 models and very far from my size. The consultant was in hurry or tired!! She was not helpful at all and just was sorry not to have my size available in their shop. She even didn’t try the dress accessories for me. No drinks offered !! I had 1 hour appointment and I was just served for 15 minutes!! Never saw something like this in other shops. I am so regretful to come here.

Very competent and pleasant staff. Huge selection including some vintage style dresses. Prices are within expected ranges. Was the first bridal shop I went to and after trying a few others I was very glad to go with Chez Janine.

Die Ladies von Chez Janine sind so freundlich, lieb & vor allem kompetent! Ich hab hier mein Traumkleid gefunden und es wurde bis aufs kleinste Detail geachtet, dass es perfekt sitzt. Die Auswahl ist riesig aber man wird super durchgeführt und bis zum fertigen Kleid begleitet inkl Tipps wie man sich am besten drin bewegt, wie man sitzen sollte und wie es am besten fällt! Ganz herzlichen Dank - ich freu mich schon so sehr auf meine Hochzeit! Ganz herzlichen Dank auch an Martina, die mich so lieb beraten hat!
