AMAZING hotel with a beautiful view. It is a bit pricey but when you're in the hotel, it feels so modern and cozy. I also love the idea of the self check in. The parking was a bit confusing at first but I may have missed that part in the email sent. Regardless, I would recommend this place to everyone!

This is a very warm, cozy place to stay, my wife and I spent an unforgettable night here. Its lobby is open 24/7 with lights on, the check-in system is super easy to use. The room is clean and warm, even during a heavy snow night it is very safe and warm as well. The location is near the train station and main road, which is great for visitors and skiers. 5/5 Rating! –Dawei
Excellent value, about 20 min out of Interlaken. From the perspective of an Airbnb, the Brunig Lodge was great. It was not as well-serviced as a hotel, however. There was free parking, a well-designed bathroom, and a clean and modern room with comfortable beds. Breakfast and coffee were always available in the lobby area. We had no problems with check-in, and the owner was easily accessible by text/calling (he personally checked how we were while cleaning every day). Only complaints would be the close proximity to the noisy road and having to go through a hallway for our bathroom, but overall for the price, it was a nice stay.
Automat instead of reception, if something goes wrong no chance of help, very modern interior, but shower did only give drops of water. Took ages to get the right temperature. Main entrance opens with a code only, but emergency exit door is a shortcut to the street, that door is kind of from the 60ies and does not close when opened. I did not feel safe.

Kleines Hotel ohne (sichtbares) Personal gleich neben dem Bahnhof Brünig-Hasliberg. Der Checkin am Automaten hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Allerdings hat es im Zimmer leider keinen Wasserkocher (Teewasser gibt es in der "digital lounge" für CHF 3.40. So auch z.B. einen Latte Macchiato für 4.60 vom Automaten). Der Balkon zum Zimmer war recht gross aber leider nicht möbliert (kein Stuhl oder so). Und falls gerade der Strom ausfällt (passierte bei unserem dreitägigen Besuch zwei Mal), kommt man nicht mal mehr ins Hotel rein. Es gibt definitiv Hotels mit einem besseren Preis / Leistungsverhältnis.
