Great experience for the whole family. Interactive tour takes u through the history of the cocoa fruit to the nowadays chocolate. After that a quick glimpse of the production line and the finish line- free chocolate tastings... At the outside there is playground for kids and pin-nic area. Great !

Great chocolate factory & great experience. The way of the presentation is really smart and unique! We also learned a lot apart from all-you-can-eating !

The perfect place. You see how the chocolate is made, hear a lots of things for the cacao and the chocolate \invention\. It is perfect for kids. At the end you can eat chocolate as much as you want. Don't miss the Cailler tour. It is totally worthed!!!

Superb. This is by far one of my favourite things to do in Switzerland. To show how great it is I have been in 2009 twice, 2010, 2014, 2017 twice, 2019 and 2020. Each time it has been amazing. Interesting tour about the history of chocolate on audio with many languages. Unlimited sample and live demonstration.

Really nice exhibition, more like those you can find in an amusement-park rather than in a real museum. But it’s fine for a Sunday trip. And the chocolate tastes good.

The staff was amazing. It was our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make sure our experience was safe, fun, and memorable. Want to go back again!

Nice chocolate smell when you arrive, the museum has an automated guide with different languages. You can see how the chocolate is made in the factory, and you can see, touch and smell various different ingredients. You also get to taste chocolate from cailler. After the visit you have a coffee shop and a shop with lots of chocolate to buy. Nice experience.

Overrated place- you can live without visiting, all you have to do is spend 45 minutes inside the Maison (automated guided tour) which will help you understand the history behind cocoa and how chocolate is produced. At the end of the tour you can have coffee in the lounge or buy chocolates at the souvenir shop. You can easily skip this place.
