I stayed here with friends and my dog. The whole stay was perfect and they even left treats and a toy in the room for the dog .much appreciated! The view is absolutely stunning and the food at the restaurant very nice.

A must go! the hotel is beautiful. amenities on the grounds are kept up to date and modern. Rooms are spacious and the views are second to none of lake maggiore. There are stairs that lead down to the town of Brissago that are conveniently located from the hotel to the port. A less than 10 minute walk and you're in the middle of town. Will come again and highly recommend to any of my friends when visiting Switzerland!

The quality of the beds are not up to standard of a 4 star hotel, we had 2 small individual beds joined together despite the fact that we had requested with 4 months in advance, a king-size double bed. We did our booking in English, and we live in Geneva. The reply was sent to us in German nonetheless (no attention to detail) which we did not understand, advising that the hotel does not have king-size beds. Had the email been sent in either French or English, we would have chosen another hotel. We slept uncomfortably during 3 nights. In addition, the quality of the curtains in our room was really cheap and they allowed too much light in, so we woke up early everyday. Good hotels have thick curtains (2 layers: one to block the light on the window side, and another layer to look nice, on the side of the room).

This hotel has one of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. I highly recommend a lake view room for the extra worth every penny. We were staying on a busy holiday weekend and didn’t know the place would be so crowded but the staff made everything work and was fantastic. My personal props to the restaurant manager, I was stunned at the level of service and care provided by not only him but his staff as well. He handcrafted a cocktail for us that the bartender didn’t know how to make and got us a table with a wonderful view during one of the busiest Saturday nights of the year because we weren’t informed hotel guests should make reservations here by the front desk. He is the sole reason for my 5 star review. The food is spectacular especially the filets, pasta, and the pizza. The rooms don’t have air conditioning so if you’re staying in the hot months beware but there are fans in the room. No mini fridge in our room which was kind of a downer and the front desk staff could’ve been a little more informative of the property and facilities when we checked in. Typical European double beds put together with individual covers not the best if you like a nice big comfy bed for you and your spouse. But even with all of this said we had a wonderful stay here and the view is the highlight for sure. Would highly recommend a stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at Parkhotel Brenscinco Brissago. The staff was attentive to our questions and were able to speak several languages. The food was delicious and the rooms were spotless. We had an excellent view of the lake from our balcony. We would stay here again if we travel to this area.

We went there with family and friends and we had the best experience over there the service was so good and the food were excellent we stayed at there for 2 nights and we hoped to etay over for years and there was sso much activities.
