We had our evening ruined by the fact that the restaurant does not allow dogs which was not indicated anywhere when making a reservation on the website. As a result, we drove for 30 minutes just to turn around and drive to the nearest Indian restaurant Neufchâtel that gladly accepted us with our sweet 4 months lab puppy. Restaurant owner explained that they had an incident in the past with a dog biting someone in their restaurant. With all due respect, all dogs are not the same and to stop allowing any dogs because you had an incident once is just poor judgement. Especially since 95% of restaurants in Switzerland welcome dogs.

Extremely overpriced for what you get, slow service and service staff could not answer any questions regarding the menu. We waited 45 minutes to get our first course. And another 30 minutes to receive our main. Before we got our main courses the staff asked us if we also want rice with it. We expected it to be included but no, another CHF 5.- for a tiny bowl of rice. Positive points: Plenty of parking infront and the whole restaurant appears proper.
Great restaurant. Cuisine authentique Indian, delicious. Very good service. Can highly recommend the Bombay Délice to anyone wanting some excellent Indian food.

Gutes Essen aber sehr teuer. Extrem lange Wartezeiten. Wir waren 2 mal da haben extrem lange warten müssen auf das Essen und den Service und dachten alle guten Dinge sind drei geben wir ihnen nochmal eine Chance. Nachdem wir 30 min. gewartet haben dass überhaupt mal jemand kommt bekamen wir einfach die Karten ohne ein Wort auf den Tisch geschmissen. Keine Getränkenbestellung nichts... wir sind aufgestanden und gegangen . NIE WIEDER!
Bon restaurant, bonne nourriture mais assez cher... comptez Frs 30.- pour un plat, vous devez ajouter du pain et du riz et vous arrivez à Frs 40.- au moins. Avec boisson ça fait Frs 50.- au minimum ! Petite portion de riz.
Un peu sceptique en arrivant (un accueil plutôt froid et avant de dire bonsoir - vous avez réservé? - et comme si on avait pas réservé mais bon... au final, on doit dire que la nourriture était de top qualité, vraiment. Frais très bien assaisonné, pimenté selon notre souhait, quantité tout à fait correcte, et pas cette sensation de lourdeur comme quand on sort d un indien. C était vraiment de la haute gastronomie de l entrée au plat en passant par les le lentilles en accompagnement et le naan garlic piment. (Plus de place pour un dessert). Pas 5* parce que l ambiance dans le service est spéciale.
