The customer service is friendly and the shipping only took a few days! So that alone is great! Their classic black socks were lightweight, airy , stretchy & very comfortable. Made with Peruvian cotton (81%) means This collection is cool in the summer, yet provides warmth in all but the coldest months of the year. Not only do make excellent \boardroom\ working men socks but just as comfy be walking around all day & just chilling on the couch. Also check out the crazy, fun & colorful collection of Funky socks, loved the designs! My husband loves these socks, but I cant lie I actually steal and use them too because of their ligntweight feeling and they look great with short shorts w/ the knee high socks. So I guess they work both of us. Great work. Serena

Ich habe Größe 42, leider sind die Socken viel zu groß. Ich hoffte, dass es nach dem waschen besser würde. Leider ein Irrtum. Geld zum Fenster herausgeschmissen. Blacksocks forderte mich zu einer Bewertung auf. Aber leider tritt immer ein unerwarteter Fehler auf, wenn man nur einen Stern vergibt. Qualität scheint gut zu sein, leider müssen Sie mit den Größen wohl noch nachbessern. Oder in der Schweiz sind die Größen anders als in Deutschland? Diesen Teil habe ich nach der Antwort hinzugefügt: Danke für die Antwort! Schade, dass Sie auf das Problem so wenig lösungsorientiert eingehen. Die Socken in 42 sind auch noch nach zweimaligem Waschen zu groß! Auf die nicht funktionierende Bewertungsmöglichkeit gehen Sie besser mal gar nicht ein! Und zum Abschluss noch einen lustigen Witz! Es gibt halt nichts Besseres als einen verärgerten Kunden noch zu verhöhnen! Tolle Unternehmensphilosophie! Oder um es mit Ihren Worten zu sagen: Es ist übrigens nur ein Gerücht, dass Schweizer kleinere Gehirne haben!

Nach der letzten Sockenlieferung im 09.2019 habe ich eine Rückmeldung an Blacksocks gemacht, mit genauer Erläuterung wo ich immer und relativ schnell Löcher in den Socken habe. Darauf erheilt ich nie eine Rückmeldung. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass dies nur bei mir sein soll! Auch habe ich mitgeteilt, dass ich somit künftig auf die Produkte von Blacksocks verzichten werde, weil so der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Heute habe ich einen Gutschein erhalten. Ansonsten war der Service sonst in Ordnung.
