Very bad service. When ordering online you have the right to return the bike with 7 days, but when you buy it in the store and want to return, they tell you to go fork yourself. And they are very infriendly in the meantime. Added: Indeed, Bike Evasion (probably) accords to Swiss law, but they do not give you any extra customer service whatsoever. Something that you would assume is the only thing that makes local shops stand out from online retailers or Decathlon... So I would take my money to Decathlon, where you can return items.

Bikes that are advertised to buy on website are not in stock.You can add to your shopping cart and buy, but no stock. When I asked why site is not up to date, could not get straight answer. When I pointed out that I had a bike in shopping cart. Was told simply not to buy.. Useless. Get your web site in order. Basic rules of commerce.
It's a terrible experience. I placed my order on 2020-05-17, but I still didn't receive my delivery until now, but what is more important, they didn't even bother contacting me. I sent them a reminder message on 2020-05-25, which was not answered until now. I tried to call them multiple times in the same week and finally managed to speak to someone on 2020-05-27 and I was told, that items I ordered are not in their warehouse. I was also assured that my order will arrive next week. Then, I waited until 2020-06-08, but still no contact, neither the package. So I started calling them every day, multiple times on different times of the day, but they simply do not answer the phone. It's the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, so I recommend to stay away!
Just perfect!! Best price for 2020 Cube Bikes in Switzerland! Ordered on a Thursday and got my Bike the next Monday!! And this at times of Corona... Thank you Bike Evasion Sports!!
My worst experience ever with Online-shopping ! A few examples: online account not updated, no tracking number, problem with delivery : \Bikes Evasion\ first refused to pay the the shipping cost which ment the bike was stuck at the delivery centre! Finally, I got the bike with the Econnect card for a different bike (different model)!! They were rude and then they did not bother to answer my mails. Even hang up on me when I called! The problem was solved only after contacting Haibike and the Swiss representative!
Despite stating they were open, we drove all the way there to buy 2 e-bikes and they were closed. I have emailed them 3 times and messaged them on their Facebook page with no response. Pathetic service. Perhaps they are wealthy and do not need our business ?
