I ordered furniture and paid for delivery but two delivery workers from conforama wanted to leave my item outside on the rain and told me I will have to pay 120chf more if I want them to deliver it in my apartment because the item was very heavy. They were very arrogant and at last they just decided to leave. I wasted almost 2 hours of my time trying to figure out what to do and I was alone at home with a 1 year old kid just imagine the stress they put me through and yet I had paid for it. I would not recommend sorry.
