I made an order on 5 November for a car stereo (Pioneer for CHF 569) and paid via direct deposit (cash in advance) goods had a 4 - 9 days delivery in the website. Numerous emails back and forward requesting for my item and ended up having to cancel via email and demanded money to be returned including a certified letter! I also obtained legal advise from Ombudsstelle e-commerce (Swiss Consumer Protection) and they supported in providing Car-audio a clear message, return the money to the customer. Christmas Break came along and Money still not returned. Subsequently on 7th March, Car-audio said they need to check with their accountant who only works every other Saturday, but cannot promise on an earlier date for the money to be returned. Overall, very prompt responses for 4 months of a lot of back and forward, and a big HEADACHE. As this is the second time posting, the answer from CaR-AUDIO from 3 months ago was that I would receive the money. Update: 20 March 2019 - No money has been returned. Update: 28 March 2019 - Have not heard back on anything besides Car-audio comment below. Update: 8 April 2019 – The betreibungsamt from the Thurgau Kanton (debt collection) against Lombardi Trade has collected the debt and deposited the full amount of CHF 569 collection fees into my account.
