The best tourist site to visit absolutely in Switzerland. There is nothing to say about the value for money.

It is incredible how they build such a vast and intricate tunnel and cave way back in times. Nice experience on ferrying a tiny train inside the cave. worth the visit

I learned how to make salt from the mountains. And I love small train to take in and out of the mountain. It is good to take your kids here.

Very interesting place with a long history. We've learned many facts about the mines and salt itself. Especially for children many things to try (not with Corona though). Highly recommended.

Since I went there... which was maybe 20 years ago... They perfected the tour. First a nice introductive movie, funny and modern. The guide was very funny too and she provided a lot of fun facts. Too bar for those not speaking French though. You can try yourself at digging the rocks, the little train is really funny. The wells are impressive. What's the most impressive I think is the fact to have a salt mine in Switzerland that is actually working and producing... Respect.

What a cool place to visit, even more in family. The tour is 2h long, where you get to know the history of the salt mine and how important it is for Switzerland. As well as travel inside the mine with the train, walk through some of its caves and usepractice some of the tools used by the miners. Completely recommended
