Righ from the get go: Great Service, Great People, Awesome Shop! The best bubble tea I have ever had. Very innovative and the cutest bubble tea shop in Zürich. Even for first timers they explain everything and make you feel at place. I strongly recommend it :D
Simple just the best. As a bubble tea lover I tried many store and Besteas as the name already said „the best“. The tapioca are not too sweet and I love their taro with coconut so delicious I would highly recommend the store, the service are so friendly and their tea looks so fancy Can’t wait to try their new drinks Purple reign and sweet Luna Moon are on my must list

Wow i‘ve had the best Bubble Tea ever! Their new Specials Look so cool! I tried the „Purple Reign“ and it was so so good ! The Black Pearl was cooked perfectly & omg there was some special jelly which was soo yummy . I need to come back again very soon *-*
I have ordered a brown sugar milktea and my boyfriend ordered a vegan boba tea! And omg we are loving it! We’ve never had such a good and tasty Bubble tea in our lives! Awesome! We live close by so We definately come back! *-*
Sehr lecker und guter Service. Wir wurden auch beraten was jetzt zu dem Getränk passt etc. ohne nachfrage was mir als eher schüchterne Person sehr geholfen hat. Wir mussten kaum anstehen und der Preis ist auch wie immer/ wie bei anderen. (Bis Freitag ist es sogar 50%) Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön.
