One machine wouldn't take 10 CHF notes - the note collection mechanism didn't work. Another machine advertising ID photos claimed on screen that the photos did not conform to ID standards. A third machine took money and after the photo taking and selection process, printed out a nice photo -- except it retained no space at the top of the head and have plenty of shoulder. Ie. after 3 machines and frustrations, to not have usable photos for ID.

Es war nicht möglich Passfotos zu machen obwohl die Anweisungen genau befolgt wurden! Da es KEIN Rückgeld gab, musste ich für CHF 12.00 unbrauchbare Fotos machen, die man gleich wegwerfen kann, weil die Qualität GROTTENSCHLECHT ist. Nie wieder.

Bref, un abus d'une position dominante sur le marché de ces photomatons
