New, modern rooms, that are clean and priced moderately. It was quiet and there was plenty of parking. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, frindly staff and good location
We had booked with Prizeotel Bern City in the month of Feb 2020, when me and husband had planned to visit Bern in the month of March. Due to the unprecedented situation caused by COVID-19 , the trip got cancelled. We had written a mail to Prizeotel requesting them to help us out by refunding our booked amount. Inspite of booking non refundable rooms, Prizhotel was extremely understanding and kind enough to refund our money. I’m lost for words to see such a beautiful gesture from the hotel staff. The staff was always very prompt in replying to our queries. The Manager’s composure and hospitality towards attending to such issues is worth praising. I’m very grateful for this and I will definitely visit this very hotel whenever I visit Bern. Also the management has left such an outstanding mark on me that I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends or family visiting Bern. This sets a fine example of a customer centric approach. Thank you Prizeotel!

Alles einwandfrei. Sehr kleiner, offener Schrank. Kein Tresor. W-Lan wirklich absolut unterirdisch, trotz alle 5m ein Router im Gang. Bitte löst dieses Problem. Zimmer 608 war eine Katastrophe dahingehend. Deshalb keine volle Punktzahl. Weg zur Parkgarage bitte noch beschildern. Sehr nettes Personal.
