Nice location - short walk from Bern train station and within the old town and shopping streets. Room was clean and comfortable. Only amenities were hair dryer, towels and shower gel, need to pay for toothbrush toothpaste but it is ok. Like that they don't use bottled water
Perdect location, good breakfast, cozy and warm room, free transportation ticket, easy access to public parking lot with reduced price. Other than that kind and smiling people.
I visited in with my family in 2017 .It was under renovation so it was a bit cluttered at the entry and reception.Room allotted to us was big enough for 3 ppl as we were . Clean beds ,Bedsheets ,corridors.well ventilated room .Breakfast Area was clean and with good spread of breads ,Yougurt ,fruits ,fresh juices,Eggs etc . Located very near to restaurants ,coop and other branded stores too .Very convenient location to reach by tram and train .Station is very close by from where one can catch a train to reach many other cities. Station itself has many eatery joints of different cuisines (restaurants) convenient to finish ur dinner before heading to room . Ultimately perfect and comfortable place to Stay in Bern . Totally My opinion
Modern hotel, centrally situated. Ideal for visiting Bern. The restaurant serves good food but ubfortunately is not open on Sunday. Rooms adjacent to the building above the book shop are very noisey. Some sort of motor turning during the night.

Comfortable rooms, good bath, tasty breakfast, well located and 5 minutes far from Hbf... what else? They give you free bus rides inside Bern! Good dinning option is the restaurant Lötschberg opposite side of the road
