The preparation instructions (for colonoscopy and endoscopy) were not right, which caused very painful stomach cramps to the point of fainting and almost going to an emergency the night before of the procedure. Turns out it was already known fact in the centre, that the combination of the drugs they give for preparation can cause severe cramps, but because of negligence not updating the instructions documents properly, I had to go through a very painful preparation. When mentioned this to the staff on the day of the procedure, they didn't even apologies !, just took the preparation instruction away to update \in the future\. Perhaps, the doctor itself is a knowledgable professional and some assistants were nice, but after the procedure the doctor has literally a couple of minutes to tell the results and has to run to the next patient. If a patient wants to discuss the findings and ask questions, another appointment later has to be booked. Considering the length of the procedure and the cost of it, I found this unacceptable, not to be able to properly discuss with a doctor the results and the treatment right then. The whole thing was very rushed and felt as a big conveyor machine.

Old building, old equipments, old Systeme. Every thing reminds me the 90s hospitals. Be prepared to wait more than 2 hours for your turn. I’ll never be here again. Ps. It’s a private center!

Medizinische Leistung einwandfrei! Rechnungsstellung nicht ganz präzise. Im Vergleich relativ teuer. Rechnung wurde nach Intervention richtiggestellt. Personal etwas gestresst.
