Bought online for collection a couple of times now - very simple process in-store (my go to since MediaMarkt moved out of Bern centre. Scan, get ticket, go to designated desk - easy. I once ordered online for mail order but was \delayed\ - I then was able to order for same day collection. Right by bus stop and City West is best for parking (Yellow) opposite.
