Friendly people. Not good service. I went there to buy a battery for my BMW Car Key. They sold me an old battery (for 9.- CHF). The staff was also discussing whether I am a returning customer or not. Not sure how not being a regular customer influenced the situation, either they would not charge regular customers for a battery or they would not give a regular customer a used battery. (I would have complained right there, but I didn't know at that time how long it takes for the car to recognize the car key after battery change.)

I was here with a flat tire. They got the same model from Lugano and the car was ready in three hours. All in all very friendly and professional. You should speak a little italian though!

BMW Service??? Arrivato con un problema elettrico alle luci appena verificato dopo sosta al distributore per lavare l'auto. Lo staff non esce nemmeno a fare una breve ispezione visiva all'auto dicendo che devo prendere appuntamento. Male il servizio da BMW, pessimo se lo confronto con LEXUS (sempre disponibili e professionali) oltre al fatto che la mia LEXUS non ha avuto nessuno dei difetti della mia BMW. Due giorni dopo mi sono fermato a BMW Varese, problema risolto al volo il tempo per l'accettazione. Ps: anche da Lexus a Grancia hanno i meccanici impegnati ma trovano sempre 3 minuti per assistere il cliente e si lamenta la mancanza di assistenza a Torretta non di riparare subito, questo è quello che è mancato: l'attitudine (e vedo che non sono l'unico a lamentarsi).

Nach vorheriger telefonischer Abklärung bei welcher mir versichert wurde, dass das Abblendlicht ersetzt werden würde und ich einfach vorbei kommen könnte, wurde ich leider enttäuscht. Zuerst durfte ich das Problem nochmals direkt vor Ort erklären, wo ich aber dann stehen gelassen wurde, weil noch ein neuer wichtiger Kunde kam. Das Auto wurde nach gegebener Zeit kontrolliert und natürlich war es nicht möglich dies, wie telefonisch versichert, zu erledigen. Termine wären möglich eine Woche später. Als Kunde möchte man gerne einen erstklassigen Service erhalten und bei einer solchen unprofessionellen Bedienung nimmt man nicht nochmals eine halbe Stunde weg in Kauf. Habe eine Garage in der Nähe von Locarno gefunden, die einen sensationellen und professionellen Service (am gleichen Tag, kinderfreundlich, exakt, schnell und freundlich) bieten! Hier werden wir bestimmt nicht zurück kommen.
