Want to get ripped of? Then this is the place to be. I went for a one time appointment and paid right after the treatment. A year later a received an additional bill from my insurance with amounts i already paid for. After 100 phone calls and emails they promised to transfer me my money back. I have never received anything. Strongly advice you to avoid this place.

I can't take this place seriously. If you want to get ripped off feel free to step inside. I visited after experiencing a toothache and was after a extremely short diagnosis was told I needed a root canal costing me 2500 CHF. After being quite pressured to start with the procedure on the same evening I decided to visit a second dentist in the University of Zürich for another diagnosis. They spent much more time with different tests with multiple different experts and came to the conclusion, that there was nothing wrong with my tooth, except for too much pressure from a too high filling. They simply filed off part of filling and that was that. After contacting the Bellevue Dentists about this issue and me not being happy to pay for incorrect information they gave me, they were nothing but disrespectful and demeaning. They blatantly lied to me on the phone about my diagnosis. (at the time they said there was nothing indicative of an issue on the x-ray, but in response to my questions they based the correct diagnosis on the same x-ray image). I have no problem with people making mistakes, but this was clearly people attempting to make use of the urgency of a situation. Will never be going there again, and recommend anyone to do the same.
Emergency visit during a weekend. I had two of my wisdom teeth removed. Everything was fine - fast and painless. I was a bit shocked about the price (about 1250 CHF), but as far as I know that might be a regular price in Switzerland for such things.
The place and the equipment are certainly top-notch. My Dentist was sympathetic and nice too. I went to \Bellevue Zahnärzte\ for some \minor\ filling adjustment. The adjustment came out strong. My tooth was not damaged. But, i will have to go some place else to correct it. Maybe, it was too fast and I was just unlucky.
If you visit this place for an emergency treatment in the evening, expect to pay the maximum amount they can legally charge you, irrespective of the actual time and effort which was dedicated.
Not very impressed, except for the view and the top notch equipment. Perhaps it was because of Schnuppertag that I delt with young inexperienced assistants and receptionists, however, the dentist was definitely compotent, although when it comes to teeth, I don't want to compromise anything

Seit mehreren Jahren ist Dr. Arhold mein Zahnarzt und ich war immer sehr zufrieden. Er ist aus meiner Sicht sehr kompetent, behutsam und effizient. Ich habe auch zwei Implantate bei Ihm machen lassen. Bei beiden gab es seit Begin der Behandlung nie Probleme.
