They took care of my cats for 2 months while I was abroad. Cats were well treated, I got picture updates, and cats were in good health when I got them back. They obviously were socialized and played with because they behaved normally as soon as they got home. Staff spoke enough English to communicate with me properly (I know no German) and were extremely accommodating. In the hotel cats get their own room, so it's perfect for cats that are not used to being with other animals. They have a small indoor space and a big private enclosed patio with plenty of structures to climb and play with.
